Plant outing and discovery
Graduate of the Lyon School of Medicinal Plants, advisor-trainer in phyto-aromatherapy and nature facilitator,Catherine Heine offers you outings to discover wild, medicinal and edible plants on the trails around your lodge.
You go to discover, observe, smell, touch and taste the plants for 2 hours (every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.).
Botanical families are discussed simply as well as certain active ingredients of plants in order to better understand the plant kingdom and their action on health.
Price: 20 euros per person
For a group of at least 4 people (free for children under 10 years old)
